- 5 frozen Genesis Today Acai 100 ice cubes - see how to make in instructions
- ½ cup unsweetened plain vegan yogurt
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey - optional, not vegan
Acai Bowl Option 2: Green Acai Bowl
- 5 frozen Genesis Today Acai 100 ice cubes - see how to make in instructions
- 1 scoop Genesis Today Green Powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey - optional, not vegan
Acai Bowl Option 3: Smoothie Acai Bowl
- 1 whole banana
- 1 slice pineapple (including core)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 30 ml Genesis Today Acai 100
Instructions
Acai Bowl Option 1: Yogurt Acai Bowl
- To make the Acai 100 ice cubes – pour your Genesis Today Acai 100 into ice cube molds and freeze.
- Blend your acai ice cubes with the rest of the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if necessary while blending.
