Hi All!

In the midst of the upcoming Holiday chaos, it can definitely be hard to stay healthy. Even if you do have self control on Thanksgiving, if you have family up for a while you may be too busy to prepare yourself healthy meals. This Green Milk is a GREAT way to get your nutrients in when you are crunched on time.

It seriously tastes just like homemade almond milk but with so much more added goodness. It’s also so much easier than making almond milk by soaking nuts, blending them, blah blah blah. You can easily make 16 oz of this every other day and use it in place of store bought almond milk. Not only is it healthier but it’s WAY cheaper. Yes stocking up on the required ingredients is initially somewhat costly. However, you only need a little bit of each ingredient for every 16 oz. So you wind up saving sooo much money that you would have spent buying almond milk at the grocery store.

To make your wallet even happier, Genesis Today has been nice enough to give me a code that you guys can use to get 20% off! Coupon code: eatdrink20

Unfortunately no coupon code for the Nature Sunshine’s Coral Calcium. But my Mom actually sells Nature Sunshine Products, and you can buy through her at: www.ellensholisticheaven.com/products

To expand a bit on the nutritional benefits of this Green Milk…

First let’s talk about the Coral Calcium. Yes a lot of store bought milks have calcium and brag all about it on the packaging. What they don’t tell you though, is that the synthetic calcium they add is not all absorbed by our bodies. Our bodies do better with naturally occurring calcium. Well coral naturally contains calcium as well as magnesium. So not only is this a natural occurring calcium, but it also is natural occurring magnesium. When you have magnesium with your calcium our bodies absorb it and use it much better.

I have talked about the Greens + Probiotics before. I’ve talked about how nice it is to have nutrients from fruits and veggies as well as probiotics all in one powdered supplement. So I won’t expand too much more this time. But let me just drop the nutrient label here so you can really soak that in…
