Eat or Drink is not offering medical advice or telling you what you should eat. Articles like this should always be your starting point. I always urge you, especially if you have allergies or are buying products for someone with allergies, to verify any information before consuming new food.
While I try to do my due diligence – companies do change recipes and human error occurs. That is why I can not guarantee all information is accurate even with my best efforts.
If you are unsure if a product is safe for your body, please ask your doctor. Or when buying for an allergy-friendly friend, check with them to ensure it meets their needs.

Should You Buy Products with a May Contains Warning?
THIS LIST MAY CONTAIN PRODUCTS WITH MAY CONTAIN WARNINGS – YOUR DECISION TO PURCHASE THESE ITEMS SHOULD BE BASED ON YOUR OWN NEEDS AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
If you’re new to shopping for food-allergy-friendly food, one question you may have is, “What is this ‘may contain’ warning?”. Here is what the FDA has to say about that warning…
“Some manufacturers voluntarily include a separate advisory statement, such as ‘may contain’ or ‘produced in a facility,’ on their labels when there is a chance that a food allergen could be present. A manufacturer might use the same equipment to make different products. Even after cleaning this equipment, a small amount of an allergen (such as peanuts) that was used to make one product (such as cookies) may become part of another product (such as crackers). In this case, the cracker label might state ‘may contain peanuts.’
Be aware that the ‘may contain’ statement is voluntary, says D’Lima. ‘Not all manufacturers use it.’”Information found on the fda.gov website
Ultimately this decision to buy products with this warning should be up to you and your doctor (or up to the person you are purchasing allergy-free products for). Allergies can fall on a spectrum. Minor cross-contamination may not affect one person at all but could be deadly for somebody else. That’s why I always urge you to be in charge of your own allergies and simply use lists like these as a helpful jumping-off point.
Here are 22 Gluten-Free Frozen Meals that are GREAT to keep on hand…
With the disclaimers out of the way, let’s get into this tasty list of gluten-free frozen meals! You will notice I do have multiple items from certain companies featured in this list. Some of these companies are just out here killing the game with delicious gluten-free frozen meals. Don’t worry though, I also included a variety of brands to give you a nice new array of products to try!
Some of these are complete TV dinner-style freezer meals and some are more appetizer/snack style. I thought I’d include both styles of gluten-free frozen foods so you’d have some options. In my opinion, even the “snack” style freezer foods (like the Feel Good Foods Chicken Egg rolls for example) can be really nice to have in a pinch when you don’t feel like cooking or to add to a meal for an easy semi-homemade night.
