Easy Gluten Free Quick Bread

This Easy Gluten Free Quick Bread is simple to make and has a great soft texture. It's free of added sugar but still has a tasty light sweetness. It's also soy free, egg free, and dairy free.

  • 1-2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bread pan with a small amount of oil.
  • Make egg replacer egg by combining egg replacer powder and water. Set aside to thicken.
  • In a large bowl whisk the self-rising flour, coconut flour, ground flax seeds, and salt.
  • In a medium-sized bowl whisk your milk, oil, applesauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Make a well in the center of your dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix very well with a rubber spatula for about 2 minutes.
  • Spread the dough into your already greased bread pan. Using a brush spread on your oil (just enough to evenly coat the top) and sprinkle on your salt.
  • Bake in the center of your oven for about 45 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry. Let cool completely, slice, and enjoy!
